We're seeking a Customer Success/Inbound Sales Representative to join our team at Fons. We need someone to support new and potential customers, build trust, and communicate how awesome the product and mission are. We've got a great story, a delighted customer base, and we’re ready to grow!

Responsibilities Include
  • Provide exceptional customer support to our customers.
  • Build relationships with customers and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Conduct demos and sales calls with potential customers.
  • Encourage leads to convert and help their businesses thrive by using Fons.
  • Become an expert in appointment-based business and the Fons platform.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • 3-5 years experience working in customer success or sales.
  • Experience and knowledge of appointment-based work such as teaching music, academic tutoring, personal training, etc.
  • Knowledge or ability to quickly learn about current customer support tools such as Intercom, Stripe, Auth0, and Pipedrive.
  • Ability to work afternoons and occasional evenings of PST hours.
  • A willingness and commitment to work hard, learn quickly, have a great time, and win!
This is a critical role in our company, with a three-month trial contract period,(25-30 hrs/wk) at $30-$40/hr. Full-time salary range and equity after trial will be based on experience and skill set.
